Big Rock Stout

Brewed to herald the opening of the 2024/2025 oyster season in Moreton Bay. This year’s Big Rock Stout is a little Big-ger, weighing in at a healthy 8.3% ABV thanks to a chorus of 8 different malts, and balanced by the now old-school, OG-new-hop-the-block, Centennial.

The result is a depth of roast cacao, caramel, toffee and sourdough toast crust with sweet anise spice, rose and a bittersweet orange citrus finish.

Malt: Voyager Veloria, Export Pils, Munich, Crystal, Carafa, Chocolate Malt, Roast Barley, Caraaroma
Hops: Centennial
Yeast: American Ale
