F+B Crew: Roles and Responsibilities
Pouring and telling the tales’ of our mouth-watering crafted beers;
Bar tending (we’re pouring some fantastic wine and spirits that have been expertly chosen);
Point of Sale order processing;
General cleanliness duties;
Food Safety.
Attributes of our Straddie Crew
Be able to work and communicate in a casual dining environment;
Have a contagious bubbly and cheerful personality;
A Team player;
Current RSA (or willing to obtain prior to commencement);
Have a commitment to safety for both ourselves and our patrons;
Have the availability to work Thursday to Monday, yes this includes weekends;
Most of all, a love and appreciation for Straddie.
Our footprint doesn’t stop at the Taproom – you’ll have the opportunity to be part of our Functions and Events team specialising in major events at the Brewery (and the Mainland). We believe variety is the spice of life and actively encourage all our staff to train across a variety of tasks and areas of our business, allowing greater opportunity for career progression within Straddie Brewing and into the future.
