This is our second wet-hopped release for 2026 – Redlands in a glass.

Brewed with Kracanup fresh hops grown at Hilltop Hops Farm in Cleveland and Straddie’s naturally sand-filtered water, this Winter crop brings together two local ingredients that define Redlands Coast.

Golden malt flavour and a balanced, dry finish are the perfect backdrop for Kracanup wet-hops to combine, lending a pleasant grapefruit and subtle juniper aromas, with a oodles of texture to this eminently drinkable golden ale.

Referred to as ‘wet hops’ because they haven’t been through the normal drying process aimed at extending storage life, freshly picked hops are wonderfully fragrant and carry aromas and flavours absent in dried cones, pelletised hops and other hop products. It’s a little like green tea vs black tea – the same plant, but a different collection of flavours thanks to the lack of processing and peak freshness.

A true harvest beer — shaped by season, place and proximity.
