We’ve taken craft brewing to the next level with our three-storey Brewery in the heart of Dunwich, the gateway to North Stradbroke Island. With twelve beers on tap across 2 bars, a fully equipped kitchen serving the freshest local cuisine and a sunset roof top bar with spectacular views, we are fast becoming THE destination outside of Brisbane, including being included in the 2023 Best of Queensland Experience accreditation.
Are you ready to take your career aspirations to the next level? We’re excited to be offering one lucky person the opportunity to learn all facets of a busy commercial kitchen and receive formal training towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.

A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and strong communication skills;
Able to work individually and in a team environment;
Be reliable, hardworking and resilient and can follow instructions;
Have the capacity & willingness to commit to additional study outside of work hours;
Good organisational skills;
Available to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends;
Most of all, a love and genuine appreciation for good food and Straddie.
Learning and Development requirements:
Apply what is learnt in off the job training to the workplace;
Complete assigned work and studies to the required standard (both on the job and off the job);
National Apprenticeship Award wages and conditions apply.
