Since joining the team, Chef Alex has been quietly raising the bar in the kitchen, turning out dishes that are fresh, flavour-packed and perfect for sharing with friends over a beer. This weekend’s specials are a great example:

Red Duck Curry with Lychees
Rich, fragrant and packed with flavour.

Grilled Humpty Doo Barramundi
Served with warm potato salad and avocado salsa.

Tropical Delight Pizza
DJ’s smoked chicken, pineapple and BBQ sauce on our hand-stretched Neapolitan base.

And for those who love to graze, this week’s house-made dips include caramelised onion hummus, roasted carrot & vanilla, and olive tapenade, served with warm garlic pizza bread.
