Acclaimed chef Gordon MacGregor delivers a masterfully curated 4-course menu showcasing the best of the season’s regional produce.
Each course features two pairings: one craft beer from Straddie Brewing Co, introduced by Head Brewer Andrew Sydes, and one premium wine from St Stradbroke, handpicked by Winemaker Andy Morrison. Before each round, the brewer and winemaker battle it out with a live pitch. You taste. You decide.
