Prost! Our brewers have brewed a traditional German Pilsner to celebrate Oktoberfest. And to pay tribute to the marvel that is German brewing heritage.
A decoction mash, long cool ferment, extended conditioning and natural carbonation create a beer that is both super simple and wonderfully complex in flavour. Saltine cracker malt aromas and flavours, floral, spicy Tettnang hops and a crisp, firm bitter finish.
Inspired by Renata, the queen of our kitchen at Straddie Brewing Co. Zum Wohl das Renata.
