#6 Thrills & Sunsets DIPA

Our Venue Manager Jak’s favourite beer style is double IPA – a celebration of the magical hop and a craft beer classic. Thrills & Sunsets is a modern DIPA with an old soul – Australian barley malt, US Chinook & NZ Nectaron hops and clean fermenting ale yeast.

Bright golden orange in colour, slightly subdued carbonation and a bit of hop haze set the scene. Aromas of ripe mango, peach, guava, melon, pine, grapefruit, passionfruit and Valencia orange jump out of the glass and carry into the flavour, supported by just enough rich malt sweetness to tie them all together and balance a bright bitterness and satisfying length.

9.0%ABV, 75 IBU
